We want you to be fully satisfied with your gymnastics gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all parallel bars and equipment in original, unassembled condition. Please note that for safety reasons, items showing signs of use or chalk application cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the equipment in its original packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble all components and pack them securely into the original shipping crates to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for heavy freight items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the bars and hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
